About Luis
I help men break the cycle of anxiety, addiction, and relationship conflict — not by talking around the problem, but by getting to what's actually driving it and building the skills to change it for good.
You shouldn't have to do this alone, and you shouldn't have to settle for generic advice that hasn't worked before. I bring years of experience, a direct approach, and (for those who want it) a faith-integrated lens — but the work is the same either way: get you from ashamed and stuck to confident and free.
I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #147456, supervised by Andrea Connor, LMFT #133757) at Metanoia Family Services. I hold two master’s level graduate degrees in theology and marriage and family therapy.
When I am not helping clients or reading, I like to workout, grapple jiu jitsu, and spend time watching sports.
